Flat roof photovoltaic mounting structure – Enzeit Fold

Enzeit Fold is a modern flat roof mounting system designed for fast, safe, and efficient installation. The one-piece “triangle” (fold-type) support element under the photovoltaic panels significantly reduces installation time and minimizes the risk of assembly errors. The system is available in both ballasted and penetrative versions, making it adaptable to a wide range of building requirements.

Ballasted PV mounting system

In the ballasted configuration, installation does not require any penetration of the roof surface — the stability of the structure is ensured by a precisely selected counterweight. This solution is particularly valued for flat roofs, where maintaining waterproofing integrity and insulation layers is crucial. Depending on the project, an anchored (penetrative) version can also be used, fixed directly to the building structure.

South-facing PV structure

The panels are mounted horizontally, in a south-facing orientation at a 15° tilt angle, ensuring optimal energy yield during peak sunlight hours. Mounting is possible along either the long or short edge of the module, offering greater flexibility for system design.

The flat roof system is made of high-quality steel with an anti-corrosion coating, resistant to harsh weather conditions. It comes with a 10-year product warranty and up to 40 years of protection for the surface coating. Enzeit Fold combines installation simplicity with long-term reliability and performance.

Fold Lite – simplified PV installation

The system is also available in a Lite version, a simplified model without the universal rail. In this configuration, modules are mounted on their short side, making the installation process even faster and more straightforward. Fold Lite is a practical choice for projects seeking a balance between optimized energy layout and cost-effective logistics.
