Flat roof photovoltaic mounting structure

Enzeit Fold EW is a flat roof mounting system variant designed for east–west oriented photovoltaic installations. The one-piece “triangle” support element for PV panels simplifies transport, reduces rooftop installation time, and minimizes the risk of assembly errors. The system is available in both ballasted and penetrative (anchored) versions, ensuring flexibility across various building types.

Ballasted PV mounting structure

In the ballasted configuration, installation does not require penetration of the roof surface — stability is provided by additional weight. This solution is ideal for flat roofs, where maintaining the integrity of insulation and waterproofing layers is a priority. Alternatively, the system can be mechanically anchored to the building structure.

East–West PV configuration

Panels are installed horizontally, mounted along either the short or long side at a 15° tilt angle. The east–west layout provides a more balanced daily energy generation profile, ideal for facilities with variable electricity consumption. The innovative Fast Lock mechanism further simplifies and speeds up module installation.
